Owner of Chariot Financial. In Colorado mortgage and real estate since 2003, and a Littleton resident for the last 25 years.
Zach graduated from Colorado State University and entered the mortgage and real estate industry in May of 2003. Two decades later, he still handles the files himself: the person who quotes the loan is the person who structures it and the person who answers the phone at closing.
His work concentrates on reverse mortgages, first-time homebuyers, real estate investment loans, and refinances — four groups that are usually served badly by one-size-fits-all lending.
Outside the office he bikes, hikes, and turns up for live music. He is committed to the success of everyone he serves through the business.
